The shortest long story you’ll read today.

I’m Matt Reece — an Australian finance entrepreneur with a stubborn belief that lending should feel less like paperwork and more like progress. For the last decade I’ve built and run businesses at the intersection of capital, content and code, helping small businesses get funded and brokers get found.

My work spans the full stack of modern finance: BizzLoans, a direct-to-business-owner finance brokering platform now operating across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. The Broker Times, an editorial home for the broker community. Click Capital, soon launching as a commercial aggregation platform. And BrokerBuddie, the toolkit that quietly makes broker life easier underneath it all.

I’m at my best when there’s a market that’s been served the same way for too long, and a way to use new tools — automation, AI, smart media — to make the experience meaningfully better for the customer and the operator alike. If that sounds like the kind of problem you’re sitting on, let’s talk.

Capital, content, and code — the three machines
that quietly run modern small business finance.
